Default Dash/Radio lights dim and map lights won't work

Did a search and my problem didn't match up with any previous posts. While driving with the lights on, my dash and radio lights will dim momentarily and then go to the dimmest position. My map lights will only turn on once in a while from the blinker lever. Is this a common problem, do I need to replace the blinker lever, grounding problem? I haven't taken my multi-meter to anything yet. I have a 2007 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, all stock including lights. Anything will help, thanks!

Haven't been able to find any wiring diagrams yet and have a 4 month old kid so I haven't had the time to troubleshoot yet. Can anybody chime in? Thanks!

I have these for my '14...

I know you don't have the footwell or cupholder lights but maybe the rest is the same or similar.
