I haven't gotten flashed once since installing my HIDs, whereas I got flashed often when I had the Silverstars in. I don't know what it is about my HID kit, but the beam is pretty well defined and actually has less glare than many OE HIDs. If I constantly blinded people, I wouldn't use them.

Looks like both the place I ordered the HID kit from and the place I got the capacitors from are both gone. 
(For the record I was a bit worried when I was ordering about the quality, etc, but the price was right). I still have the box in my friend's garage so I'll try to remember to grab it the next time I'm over there, could be a week or 2.
