Default Electrical Discharge

Ok guys, here's an odd one for you. I've searched the forums and cannot find a thread that seems to address this.

When I turn my JK off, after about 3 seconds or so I hear what sounds like the buzz of an electrical discharge from under the hood/dash. I'm not sure if this is normal or something I should be concerned about?

I wouldn't bring it up but I just replaced the battery (original factory) after about 38k. This morning it was a little cold outside and for a second my Jeep acted like it wasn't going to turn over. After a second she came to life.

Anyway, I don't know where to look or what to do about this. If anyone has any ideas or experience here, I'd appreciate the input. Thanks!

Default Same thing

I have the same thing and looked for a thread a while back and was unable to find one. It seems to be coming from the passengers side under the hood (I think).

Mine does the same thing, it doesn't seem to affect anything so I haven't bothered reporting it to the dealer.
