Electrical gremlin jku 2016

Electrical gremlin jku 2016
So my 2016 jku has an electrical gremlin.
When brakes applied or turn signal turned on either seatbelt light dings or radio cuts in and out.
When stopped after driving, dome light fades then comes back to full brightness
M12 (amp/stereo) fuse seems to fix problem when removed
Unplugging dash unit does not fix problem
Unplugging amp does not fix problem
Recently changed battery. Voltage remains good throughout driving when monitored
I have video of the issues if that helps anyone or I wasn’t clear in my description.
I disconnected my winch and after market lights and it didn’t change anything.
Took it to automation where I bought it and they couldn’t find the issue after having it for three days.
Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated. I originally thought maybe an issue with the battery terminals but now thinking perhaps bad ground in the m12 fuse circuit is more likely?
