Default Problem with wiring/installation of KC light Bar

This is where I mounted the relay. Maybe not good enough for a ground? Still not able to get power to switch.

Installing a new KC HiLiTES 20” light bar 335 and not able to get power to LED rocker switch or lights. Attached are photos, so I’m thinking that I have a grounding issue or switch leads are not correct? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would not trust that ground. Those bolts are *not* intended to serve as grounds; they are solely meant to tighten/secure the factory termina/lug to the battery post.

Did you verify that ground with a voltmeter?

I would ground to a known-good ground (e.g. the 10mm chassis ground studs that exist in several places behind the fenders).

Thanks, I’ll check and try out one of those ground bolts you suggested.
