Default Error Code P2273

Can anyone tell me exactly what this means and what I should do?

"P2273 - O2 Sensor 2/2 Signal Stuck Rich"

Paraphrased from the manual:

The PCM monitors the downstream O2 sensor. If the PCM does not detect a rich to lean switch within a specific time during a decel fuel shutoff event, the monitor will fail. Two trip fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.

Possible Causes

OXYGEN SENSOR WIRING OR CONNECTORS

O2 SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT

O2 SENSOR RETURN CIRCUIT

2/2 O2 SENSOR

POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Just curious; does the cold air intake get its air from under the hood, like the OEM intake does?
