Does anybody know the installation time by Chrysler for the EVS II alarm?

This will help me find out the $$$ of installation at the dealer.

I believe it just connects into the already existing power locks. My dealer screwed up on my Jeep and said they would add the alarm for my aggrevation and by the time I signed the papers the alarm was on. I could be wrong but in the paperwork for the key and door locks it say add on alarm. By the way its way to sensitive and they say there isn't any adjustments to it.

 

There are adjustments for the factory EVS II
I can't find the installation guide otherwise I would post them for you. It isn't in the user guide.
Like so many things in these JK's you have go through a series of push this button do this, etc. to get to and change the settings.
As to the OP, it is a breeze to install. If and when you find the right wiring. I don't have foot well lights so I ended up finding the wire on the passenger side, not drivers as the instructions stated.. otherwise very very simple ... Took me about 1 hour

 

What extra features does the EVS II add to the alarm?

EVS II is the factory alarm.

Sounds like you want "book" hours which are not stated in the install manual. Just call the dealership, anyone of them, and ask for the labor hour quote.
