Factory Fog Light Switch

Factory Fog Light Switch
Title edit, I mean "fog" light switch.
I'm looking to add an led light bar to my front bumper and since I no longer have fog lights I was wondering if I could connect the new led bar directly to the fog light harness. I figure since the wiring and switch is already there it would make installation easy. What are you thoughts or advice with this?
Thanks

the fog lights should turn off with the high beams, but that is very easy to change with some tuners like the superchips traildash and I think I read that procal can do it also.

visibility. Fogs run a broad beam light, lower than the line of sight so the light itself isn't reflected back to the driver. Ever try to drive at night, in dense fog with high beams? That'll explain it.
