After searching I couldn't find anyone who has installed a FLIR camera from nav tv. Anyone have experience with this? For those of us that do plenty of country driving at night or in heavily populated campus areas, it seems like this would be a cool option. There is also the "hey look what I have factor".

Before the "holy than thou" set chimes in, I understand I should not be driving while looking at the screen, it's no substitute for common sense driving, I should slow down, etc. Again, this seems like it has a huge "cool factor".

Yeah, never mind. After additional research, the base model price is way out of my league. The price outstrips the cool factor for me.
