Default Fog light adjust??

I'm having a problem trying to figure out how to adjust my fog lights so I'm not blinding the heck out of everyone. My lights are mounted in my grill, not the bumper. I'm just not sure how to adjust them down.

Thanks for any help,

What kind of fogs are they stock? and how are they mounted, using a bracket of some sort?

Hard to tell from the Pic. but it looks like its a generic light mount. There should be a nut on the bottom that you can loosen to adjust the lights, then just tighten the nut again once you have the desired position
