Default fuse or other issue

So, have a 14 jk.... and curious as all my dash lights go on, wipers turn on... this happens every few minutes. I've checked that all fuses are sure intact and in place. Any ideas?

How old is your battery? These jeeps don't like old batteries and can do weird things with lower than expected voltage. Also check your grounds to ensure they're clean and tight- the 12+ have a different style of clamp that you've got to squeeze and tighten.

I agree. First check the health of the battery and it's connections. Unexpected voltage can cause unexpected behavior in our jeeps.
