Getting amp replaced!

Was away from a computer for a few days. Got the amp replaced, sound is much better now!!
here is what is on the service invoice:
"perform diagnostics for speakers, found amplifier not putting out proper voltage. replace the amplifier and retest. vehicle is operating to specifications. test the audio system, found rear speakers operating to specs."

Is there anyway you scan your ticket and share (cover your info of course) it with us. My dealership was burned a while back and didn't get paid for some warangy work and he's afraid it will happen again with this.

I dont have access to a scanner. I only have access to my work computer.
