Default Head lights shut off while driving

So driving down the road the other day and my headlights shut off and wouldnt come back on till I shut off the jeep. All the other lights stay on just headlights shut off. I noticed while driving after about ten minutes they will go dim and then be normal, it does this the whole time Im driving and then sometimes just shut off all together. Anyone else have this problem ? It didnt start doin this till after installing my super chips flashpaq coincedence or could it be the sc flash paq?

I've never heard of this. Does the Superchips have the ability to have the lights always on?

I know my AEV Procal does this (still need to set this feature up) but not sure if others do. If so, it could be linked to that.

I dont think it does have the ability to control anything having to do with the lights I suppose maybe I should call sc and see if they know of any problems. Like I said it could just be coincedence but it started happening the day after the sc was installed.

Could be a coincedence...but seems much more likely to be due to the Superchips. My only other guess is loosing power (bad battery or alternator) causing the lights to shut off...but you said they can be turned back on after restarting the Jeep..
