I did the IPF h4 conversion and it is a huge improvement over stock and doesn't cost a fortune

I did the same on my 08. Worth the money as stock is like a eveready free flashlight you get when you buy a roll of toilet paper ( read sh@t)

I pulled out before I traded in for my '12 and the plugs are the same but the tab that locks in place is about a 1/16th" short of locking in. So I used electronic wire cutters (eg sharp and thin) to cut a 16th off and worked great.

They're the same price as the IPFs but are A legal, and B a better beam pattern. Rallylights has them and a harness for $200 or so.
I recommend the rallylights kit, its awesome.

I have the Rallylights kit on my JK and the IPF on the girl's JK.

The IPFs seem to have a better high beam pattern, whereas the Hellas have a better low beam pattern. What makes the Susquehanna kit amazing is the wiring harness that comes with it. It makes a world of difference.

I would go for the susquehanna harness with the IPF lens and some Philips Xtreme Power +80% bulbs.
Speaking of the Philips bulbs, I put a set in the stock headlights on my Dad's JK and that was AMAZING. It puts out more light than my girlfriend's IPF lens with the blue bulbs.

Try the philips bulbs in the stock headlights. You won't be disappointed.
