i've used silver stars in many other vehicles and was not happy with the results. I've heard they look really good in some cars. but at like 40 bux a pair, i'm not willing to find out just yet what they'll look like. I'd rather put cool blues, at least i know how they'll look.

I've just installed them last weekend, both headlights and fog lights. Much better visibility at night, especially if you're driving lots of back roads . As far as color, it's whiter than stock lights, but nothing like those blue-ish bulb (i think they look ugly, and doesn't help a bit with visibility).

The only downside is that it's $20 a piece

Are the high beams better? I am good with the lowbeams + fogs, but the stock high beams sucks.

Haven't got a chance to test the high beam. I have a night drive on a back road tonight....i'll let you know but yeah, our high beam kindda suck. I can't wait until there is an HID kit for our headlight ... that will really piss people off

I have them in mine, but:
a) I never ran with the stock ones, replaced with SilverStars from the start
b) Have not gotten much high beam time in, but they seemed at least okay....the low and fogs were real good, but really did not get to run a good road with the high beams yet to form a solid opinion on them.
