Default Headunit upgrade

I just replaced the base level speakers with the 77kick10 speakers. I have the base 130 head unit and that's is going to be my next upgrade. Do I need to purchase anything extra to make the steering wheel controls and unconnect still work with the new head unit. Any recommendations are welcome as well.

if you replace the headunit you will need the idatalink maestro to retain uconnect. If you dont mind losing uconnect you can use pac or axxess

Do you have a link to that? Without that will the steering wheel controls still work and just lose unconnect

to keep the steering wheel controls there is also an idatalink module that retains steering wheel controls. Go to crutchfield and put in your vehicle. It will give you two options of accessories to keep uconnect with steering wheel controls or lose uconnect and keep steering wheel controls. Then go to amazon and find the same lowest price item. Let me know of you need anymore help
