What connectors do I need? The wiring seems fine, it's just the 4 pin relay by itself that pops off the female connector with the 4 wires attached to it.

thought you had a sealed relay - with just wires sticking out.

Ahh yea, this should be a super easy fix if that's the issue. I'll report back tomorrow. Thanks for all the help so far!

To my dismay I replaced the relay and still no luck :(

Should I be getting 12v at the relay on the red wire or any other besides the yellow?

The red wire should be coming from the + battery terminal, so yes it should be 12 volts.

Here is a description of the Hella wiring...

Lights:
Blue wires to ground on frame
Black wire to relay

Relay:
Red wire to battery + terminal
Black wire to lights
Blue wire to ground on frame
Yellow wire to switch

Switch:
Blue wire to ground on frame
Yellow wire to relay
Green wire to a 12v source. (I connected to the fuse box using a fuse tap.)

It's a miracle. Finally got it working. Turned out the super cheap fuse connector it comes with somehow went bad, so I cut it out, popped in a new one with a 15 amp fuse and it works. What a pain!

At least it's working now! Thanks for all the help.
