You can trouble shoot everything with a 12vt test light.

Where is the fuse tap plugged in, is there power at the tap. Is the 12v plug the cigarette lighter that has switched power?

Use a test light and check from battery out. Eventually you'll find where you are not getting the transfer of power

I tried M8, M7 both the heated seat spots and they had no power from them so I went to a spot that was in use M4 I think, it was acc, ingn. spot and still wasn't getting power out of the tap. I have Light force lights and ordered harness with lights and I noticed it wasn't a harness from light force. It looks like they (who I purchased lights from) had made their own harness and still charged the $60. But anyways I noticed the ground wire from the relay is spliced into hot wire to battery. Is that not right and be causing a ground issue? Oh and yes I want to have the 12v plug on a switch.

I used... (cannot tell you what fuse) but the fuse that controls the ACC plug on the drivers side that is keyed. i tapped into that fuse...

From what you said it sounds like your not getting power from the fuse tap or a Relay is not wired right?
