From what you said it sounds like your not getting power from the fuse tap or a Relay is not wired right?
the relay that is giving me problem is wired up like this
post 87 goes to 12v socket
post 85 ground
post 86 goes to switch
post 30 goes to battery
and fuse tap I first tried M8 and M9 they didn't give power out, so I tried M7 (batt/acc select) and still didn't get power out of fuse tap

Ok so where are you at right now? Lights work but not your 12vdc outlet?

Only thing i see right now in Newest drawing is upper relay you have ground side of wire drawn back to positive wire?? Or was that going back to negative side of batter? Otherwise I think it looks ok. Relay should have wiring w/ post numbers on it to double check.

Quick search for relay wiring from my iPhone I found for the relay I saw anyway had 85 from switch and 86 to ground, but that shouldn't matter unless there is a diode allowing flow only one way. As long as current can flow it should activate relay on high amp side. Make sure you have power to switch with test light and power out when you flip switch. Then move to relay power in from switch.

yes only thing working are the lights and yes ground wire is spliced into positve wire. The wiring harness came that way when I ordered light force lights and harness. Could that be causing a ground issue with the switch running the relay for 12v plug, being all grounds are spliced together in switch box

if lights work with switch then power is getting to switch from tap, maybe switched are not wired right if they do not light up

i think light relay is ok, seeing they work. double check your switch wiring, or post what kind of switches they are so maybe i can google them and get a wiring of them to check out how should be done

i cant say for sure not knowing how switches are set up but looks like power is going to middle post, few i have seen it should be power/acc/ground so maybe power should be on end with center post going to relay?

nevermind found switches online with center post being power feed also

the light force lights work when I flip the toggle switch, but the toggle switch itself does not light. I can unhook the wire going to tap and the light force lights still work, they are wired to battery through relay. The only thing the wire going to fuse tap (green wire) is to light the switch when turned on, correct? I have the switches wired up correctly, the are marked on side ,,,pwr---acc---grnd.

what do you think of how the ground is spliced into pos. on light force harness??? To add to this story a little, I had the lights hooked to a single switch before i made switch box. I used a 3 prong toggle and tapped into pos. wire to lighter for power to light switch up when light were on. When i spliced into that wire everything worked light force lights and lighted toggle. A week later I turned them on and the toggled didn't light up when lights were turned on,so I thought maybe blew out fuse so i pushed in lighter to see if that worked and guess what happened---- Light force lights came on even with toggle in off position. Push lighter in lights turn on so needless to say I unhooked that... thats why I keep wondering if that wiring harnes I got with lights is f**ked up

yes light relay looks ok because they are just feeding power in through relay, using switch to ground and complete circuit to make high amp side activate, looks fine, that is why also unhooking tap wire has no effect on light switch, power is going to switch from relay, not supplying power to relay from switch, if that makes sense

your lighter i bet you were hooked to the other side of the power circuit, no power getting to wire you tapped into until you pushed lighter completing loop.

im thinking still that you are not getting power from your tap to switch, or switches are not hooked up right. should be power = wire from 12vdc, acc = load your controlling, grd = chassis middle pole being acc that pole should be going to relays, have a ohm meter? put it across the power and acc poles and flip switch, should go open to 0 ohms when flipped
