Default Help with Daytime running lights!

Hi, I recently installed a very nice HID kit (8000k) normal beam/high beam as per instructions. At the end of the install I noticed my fullbeams would flicker. I called up DDM tuning ( where i got them from) and they are very friendly and told me i installed them correctly and that this is a very common issue with the 07 + JKs. Basically i need to buy a resistor and some sort of capacitor and solder them in: easy enough. However They also told me I need to find a way to disable my day time driving lights because i might wreck the hids since the the ECU will not supply enough juice in the day timer lights. If i were to turn on my headlights they would be fine. But just for safety sake I was wondering, since I am also in the market for a programmer to adjust to bigger tires and different gears and such, what programmer would suit my needs in this situation?

Pickup an AEV Procal unit and switch your daytime lights to the fogs or running lights.

Or get the dual batterie tray from Benchmark Designs and use this as an excuse to buy it
