Default Help-electrical issue! Lights and wipers on with ignition!

All of a sudden, it started - one morning I started the jeep and the headlights (low beams) came on and the wipers started running. I noticed as I drove to work, the turn signals wouldn't work. I also couldn't go to high beams either. No matter what the switches are on, the result is the same. I did pull the fuse on the wipers to get them to stop. Any suggestions?

I second this. I've been exposed to many vehicles in my 30 yrs of driving. Jeeps do wacky things when the battery goes bad that I never experienced in any other vehicle.

I don't know root cause but I found the solution here on the forum. Disconnect battery and reset the computer. Boom! It works.
