in the third picture, there is that round rubber thing (i don't know the name in english).... is it ok to have the wires going there?

when routing the wires i can't find places to zip-tie them... any ideas?

Nice job! Only suggestion I can think of is to wrap those exposed wire connectors in front of the grill with some small wire sleeving, you could also sleeve the wires near the fusebox/battery for some piece of mind.

Yeah, nice idea... i was thinking if those wires were OK, when every wire from factory comes wrapped.
Do you think electric tape is enough? or do i need something specific?
what about the wires going just below the windshield... maybe i should wrap them all....

Oh man... these lights are sweet!
Is night already and went for a test ride...
One thing is, the light beam looks kinda shaking all the time, i guess that's because they're mounted on rubber bases on a bar etc etc... and i guess this is unavoidable... am i right?
(they are well tightened of course)

Everything looks good! No need to wrap the connections. As long as that clear plastic sleeve covers everything, you're good to go. If you're still uneasy, electrical tape is more than enough. I didn't use anything more than the clear plastic sleeves and the lights still work after this mess:

Oh, and the shaking thing, your going to get that no matter how the lights are mounted. The beam is so narrow and it projects so far that any little bit of movement is going to be noticable.
