just add a resistor (5ohm 40w) between the ground and the hi beam signal wire

that way the highs beam will take the 65w current instead of a couple MW that the relay need

this will avoid flicker of the solenoid

be careful in your installation , the resistor get pretty hot so don't tie-wrap it on a plastic surface

i put it on the radiator mount

Not to rain on anyones parade, however be careful when doing a conversion like this. The Jk lights recessed into the bumper are in fact fog lights, and are intigrated into the lowbeam headlight for a reason. By installing high power lamps into the foglight lenses, you could in esence be converting them to driving lights, and if that becomes the case, some states require driving lights only work with the high beams. This of course is for safety reasons. You may as was stated, see a hell of alot better, however what about the poor guy/girl/family that is approaching you on a dark night?
Some idiot did just that conversion and because of it my wife with grand daughter ended up in a ditch with a dented fender and some scrapes and bruises. I'm glad there was cop following behind her, as not only did he attend to them, he also cited the guy for the accident as well as the vehicle safety charge.

Did you order the warning canceller from ebay as well? I have a set of HIDs ready to put in- just waiting on the cancellers to come in to fix the flicker
