If the relay's coil is connected to the OEM headlight feed wire, with no other electrical components involved, the buzzing is normal, as the power to the headlights is pulse width modulated. This means the electricity is not on steadily.
By normal, I do not mean you should do nothing about it.

There are ways to smooth out the power. Some kits come with everything you need.

I installed the HID's with the harness that came with it and also the capacitors, the lights are amazing but the buzzing sound is annoying, so i thought the relay was defective got a new one from Napa but the buzzing remains.

Usually the relay isn't what buzzes, it's typically the ballasts since they ramp the voltage up from ~12-14v to multiple THOUSANDS of volts.

Double check your issue and report back. I had ballasts that buzzed and they were replaced under warranty.

So can that lead to something dangerous like a fire? or is it just annoying?

I think it's just annoying and the usage of sub-par components in the making of the ballast. I didn't pull the ballast apart, just sent it back and the new ones were silent as they should be.

Think about the power transformers- they make a buzz too, but at a certain point you become concerned. Yet your relay doesn't buzz since it's a magnet with power being channeled though it.

Keep the thread updated with your findings, particularly if the capacitor kills the buzz.
