High Beams wired in with Regular Beams?
Has anyone ever connected their high beams with their regular beams? What I mean is, when you turn the high beams on, the regular beams don't turn off. Is this possible on the JKs? Thanks!
You might be able to fab something to make it work though if you still want. The bulbs are probably going to have either 3 wires (one common ground, one + for low and high beams) or 4 wires (one ground one + for each). If you shorted the +'s together, that should do the trick. But if you end up shorting to ground (a.k.a the wrong wire), you will at a minimum blow a fuse.
I haven't tried this, and this is just my thoughts on how it would work. Your mileage may vary.

Well that would be better then nothing I guess. The problem is that the high beams start right where the regular beems end. The high beems shoot way to far and in my opinion are almost useless. Ill look for that write up. Thanks.
What states? I am wondering because many vehicles do this from the factory. My wife Tahoe has both on when on high beam. So did many of my old chevy trucks.
