Default How does the panel by the heater come off?

I need to get the panel around the radio and heater/AC controls off. I took of the top center panel in the dash, then removed the lower panel behind the gear shifters, removed the lower screws and the upper screws. It is popped loose at the top and bottom but is hung up it appears at the heater/blower/selectors. I wanted to see if anyone knows if this it pulls off or if the knobs have to come off, or what before I break something.
