I found this wire harness hidden in the back of my JKU Sport S
The plug does contain 12 power for an outlet (Blue w/ red tracer = 12v Black = ground). It is switchable to either ACC or BATT by switching fuse M7 (in under hood fuse box) from side to side. M7 is the same fuse that powers the 12v socket in the center console cubby. I plan on installing a 12v socket in the rear, I just have to find the right place because the panel to body clearance is really shallow in some places.
The M7 slots are marked. There are three slots; the center slot is always filled with one blade of the M7 fuse. The other blade position decides when the wire/outlet gets power- The markings are ACC on one half and BATT on the other side. Fuse blade plugged in to ACC the wire/outlet is only hot with the key on. Plugged in to BATT it is hot all the time.
