I found this wire harness hidden in the back of my JKU Sport S

I plan on installing a 12v socket in the rear, I just have to find the right place because the panel to body clearance is really shallow in some places.
THANK YOU!!!!!! It bugged the hell outta me after stealing fuses why the M7 was like that. (Do I put it back in the left or right position? Screw it) Now I can sleep whew

The M7 slots are marked. There are three slots; the center slot is always filled with one blade of the M7 fuse. The other blade position decides when the wire/outlet gets power- The markings are ACC on one half and BATT on the other side. Fuse blade plugged in to ACC the wire/outlet is only hot with the key on. Plugged in to BATT it is hot all the time.

I probably should have used a single outlet because the space is tight but this has to be one of the easiest Jeep mods I've ever done!

I've tapped into these lines. However, regardless of the M7 fuse placement, I am not getting anywhere near 12v. Any idea why this would happen?
