Default IPF LIGHTS just in!

hey i just got my IPF headlight lenses but there seems to be
a silver plate that is in the way of the light going in? does it come
out or move forwards? if it comes out how would you go about doing
that?

this is from the lenses face down you can see the silver plate in the center...

can you help me out?

If you take the rubber boot off the back of the light, there should be a spring there that holds the silver cover down. Unhook the spring, take the silver plate off, put your bulb in (held in place by the spring), replace the rubber boot and you're good to go

pull the rubber boot off and release the spring holding the cap in. its just for shipping to keep debris out! make sure when u put boot back on u have the "TOP" on top. there is a drain slit in the bottom. u need a t15 torx bit to put them in as well.

the kit is plug and play. no cutting or wiring, unless u got a h4 hid kit. in wich case its not to hard either just lay everything out, find where it plugs and what goes to batt and then put it in.

I ended up hard wiring my passenger light, the harness was not making a good electrical connection and would only work intermittently.
