I seen the same one " NoAccessorySplash"but thats for ios4, anything other than this that will work?

Yes it may say for IOS 5 or 4 use whatever your IOS is

That's not really a dock. That's the same as the iPhone/iPod cable....just no cable.

Try specdock.com they have integration docks you can install.
