Default JK 2013 Battery dead due to HVAV servo running

After two months testing electrical system and yesterday starting trade in process for my 2013 JK Unlimited Rubicon, I just discovered the parasitic loss. The HVAC system blend door and fresh air door keep moving. One opens and the other follows and back again on the minute. Any fix to this issue? Is the circuit board in the dash switches where I can replace these and it’s fixed?

when starting, the blend door issue shows (blinking rear defroster indicator). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy my manual JK and excited to possibly not trade it in. Also tired of pulling the IOC fuse every night.

HI WC Pa. I believe the AC/Heater Control panel (in dash) is the probable culprit. Something is directing the actuator for the blend air door and this is the probable part. I looked and saw some on Ebay .. also checked for OE and list price is $164.
if you have not replaced the actuator which is less costly that might be my 1st part replaced.

Appreciated and trying the eBay route. I attempted unplugging the actuator but the fresh air door also keeps circulating.

I like Jay's answer as it is hard to believe two doors could actually screw up at the same time. Something is telling the two doors to move!
