I sure wish Jerry would let loose with some more data. I can see it is much better looking and all I can tell other than that is it looks like two LEDs from what I can see. I am dying to find out more about this light. I'm really hoping for my sake and theirs that they not only compete with jw but one up them. Even if it came with a more jw like price point. That would push the industry forward and leave me and the rest of us with some great lighting choices.

They didn't just tweak the lens or add another led. They went with a complete redesign and I for one can't wait to see what they have accomplished. I don't think either led option right now has huge reach but that is ok to me. I would like to see a larger throw area like the current trucklite but with the even distribution of the jw. I have high hopes.

By side fill he ment sides of the road/trail. The projectors provide a narrow light path so the side D projectors provide the wide light output.

Black is black, those are clearly not black. They maybe a darker chrome, but no matter what way you look at they are are shiny/reflective and not black. JW Speakers are just black plastic, there is no relective material.

I sure wish I was at sema to see these and push the button to power em up. What I see in the pic is a clear lens and what looks like a reflector background with what looks like two led's on the vertical centerline but spaced apart from each other off center. I'm sure I'm not seeing the whole picture. I damn sure want to.

I found this in another thread very cool I love the jw speakers but if theses are 200 less it may be a better option....

Truck light said this:

The new lamp has a darker, black, exterior appearance, with a black internal LED surface and chrome reflectors. It offers a very different look than our other lamp, a more sleek, streamlined appearance, when on and off. The lamp still uses the same split low beam/high beam appearance as our previous version.

Great picture. It looks to be MUCH shallower than the JW Speakers, which is great news for the 2012 guys and also means you wouldnt have to modifiy your bucket to fit. I have no doubt it will be impressive light output and for 200 dollars cheaper than the JW Speakers... it will probably sell well.

I agree on all counts. I popped back into the sema trucklite thread and Jerry had some good info. First we should see some beam pics before they hit retailers. He claims they are a much more even spread of light. Coupled with the new look and lower draw I think they have a real winner. Beam shots will be the deciding factor. Not having to mod the buckets would be a nice benefit. I bet price at first will be cheaper than the speakers by a bit but I wouldn't expect a huge difference.

Nice lights, I want to upgrade soon also. I'll have to see what the budget looks like after Christmas.

I sent a PM to the OP a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. Does anyone know the place he got the lights?
