Is the lighted socket switched with ignition?

It the lighter socket in the JK switched on and off when the ignition is turned on and off?

I have 2, one is keyed with the ignition, and one isn't. Can't recall which one is which atm though.

Left on is the lighter, and its switched. The right one is a power outlet and is constant hot.

Thanks!

I am going to hard wire a RAD-1 Inclinometer and I thought that would be a good place to connect.

I want it to be switched on/off with ignition.
