Having had both lights up top, and lights on the bumper, my first choice would be on the bumper. Lights on the bumper will light up the road, and you more or less just have to aim them where you want them. Lights up top need to be aimed perfectly both vertically and horizontally. And even then there's decisions... long range lights (this may leave dark spots up close)? Or close up (limiting your distance)? Even using HIDs I had this issue. While I'll eventually get some lights up top (and on the WS), I wanted these on the bumper first as there I can get both distance and light on the road.

Default Lightforce

i have the Lightforce 170's. they are bright. i'm putting one set as a combo filter and one set as a driving filter, and the last set i'm keeping as a spot light. they are nice! you will not be upset with haveing to spend that much once they are on.
