Default A little something I'm working on... :-D



A while back I was looking for switch placement ideas. Well, this is what I came up with. It'll go under my new Alpine IDA-X100 HU. <grin>

I made another panel with better spacing after this shot (to match the CoolTech panel spacing), and I re-worked some of the wiring (moving that fuse out of the box), but this gives a pretty good idea. I'm hoping it'll warm up soon so I don't have to freeze my a** off while installing this. :-)

Alright, so I moved the fuse, re-worked some of the wiring, and closed everything off. The stack is a tad too tall by about 1/8", so it looks like I'll have to massage some plastic -- either the mounting brackets or the dash panel itself. We'll see... :-)

Ummm are you taking orders??? I have a single din head unit that would look wonderful above that switchpanel!
