first off thanks for the replies and taking the time to try and explain.

I think first thing tomorrow I will pull it all back out and reset the switches and make sure everything is plugged in tight. That could be the problem as I cant seem to figure anything else out.

It's strange, as it currently is, the only difference from a stock Mygig and mine is that the reverse cam comes on when in reverse and I have a "ves" symbol on the screen. Thats it. No spelling while in motion, no video, no nothing.

As far as the u-connect and the microphone goes, I can pust the button, and it will tell me to "say a command" but regardless of what I say, it just acts as if I was not saying anything at all. Just repeats it's self...."say a command" then eventually cancels. Even when I tried to do the voice recognition "training" it didnt hear me. This is with the engine shut off, windows up, and the speaker installed just above my speedometer. Strange to say the least. Obviously there is some issue.
