Default Low voltage issue

Yesterday my 2011 wrangler Sahara started being weird. There’s a song like low fuel, the cluster zeros out then comes right back to normal, no ac, sometimes no radio, the windshield wipers go off sometimes also. I’ve checked the battery, terminals, connectors I’ve also cleaned all the grounds I could find. What am I missing? I’m starting to think it’s the BCM/ECU

By checking the battery, what do you mean? First think to check is the health of the battery. Faulty batteries are known to cause weird symptoms in our jeeps. I wouldn't do anything before I check the connections and had the battery load tested. Most auto parts stores will test for free.
