Default My GIG display question????

When I set the display mode to Auto, to switch between daytime and night time brightness levels, it doesnt change automatically when it gets dark. Is this normal? Every night I have to go in and change it to night mode.

Yeah that isn't normal, you may need to tweak with some settings. I believe turning the headlights on is what changes the background

If the display does not change when the headlights are turned on try turning the dimmer on the stalk one click towards dim, if turned all the way “up” the dome light will light the next click back will turn of the light but leave the radio full brightness the Third will allow the display to dim with the radio settings to automatic

Dimmer switch is set to bright. back it off till you get to the adjustable dimming area on the stalk. Then set the MyGig to "auto" dim and see the difference.
