Default MyGig install

So I just purchased an RER head unit. I figured out I need a Nav wire but satellite isn't working either. Anybody know of any ways to make this thing work normally in my 2012?

When I installed a phone/ mike holder there was a blurb in the instructions about the sat/ nav antenna that sits on top of the head unit under the plastic on my '07. So, the antenna is a Mopar item that probably functions as the pick up for both sat & nav.

Is the sat/Nav antenna mounted to the plastic piece over the radio on the '08s? I thought that was the compass module so I left it.

07-10's had the GPS antenna in the dash, above the radio, and the Sat antenna on top of the roll bar. 11+ have a combined antenna above the sound bar. If your putting a radio from a 12 in your 08, i think there is an adapter that combines the antennas, or you could buy an antenna from a 11+.

I'm taking one from an '08 and putting it in a '12.
