Default Need help with *lighted* ESP kill switch

I'm trying to wire in a dual lighted OTRATTW switch to kill the ESP. The dash illumination for the lower light was easy, and it's working to kill the ESP, but I can't get the upper light to illuminate when the ESP is off. I'm also using a relay, so here's what I have now- I have 12v in to switch on incoming pin. Outgoing from switch to 85 on relay, 86 to ground. ESP wires are connected to 87 & 30. And 87a is going out to incoming positive for upper switch light. (I also tried swapping 87 & 87a, that didn't work either)

What am am I doing wrong? I read somewhere that the ESP wire is "data only", would that mean it won't have enough juice to power the LED light? Other suggestions?

Thanks!

I just did a safety cover switch. It's pretty obvious when it's been triggered and didn't need a lighted switch.

Yes, it's easy to tell when it's on, but I want it to match my 4 other switches next to it that are also dual lighted.
