need help with ideas how to secure my sub box!

I concur with the other guy, make them downfireing and bolt the box to the floor or the rollbars. with downfires no one will know its a sub box, and bolted in means theyll need tools and time to get it out.

I used a couple gate handles and screwed them into the back of my sub box then bought some chain and padlocks and behind the back seat there's a couple perfect places to secure the chain too.

this is also a good idea to strap it down, although chain might rattle on trails and some tough straps might be better for that kind of noise

Good point I ended up taking a roll of hockey tape and wrapping the chain with it rattle solved. You can also buy chain with the rubber/plastic sleeve/cover.

Thanks for the ideas and input! I'm thinking the down firing is a good idea for the sound benefit and also the fact it will blend in a bit too. Probably will throw some L brackets on there as well

I use a hinged hasp and run a bike cable lock through it with a water proof master lock.
