I am running a 2 door 08 Sahara with the 6 disc auxiliary output Infinity sound system. I know that many of the older models have the uConnect button even though they aren't capable. I have satellite radio in mine and I wanted to know if my model is uConnect capable and if I can install an iPod conversion kit (the one that lets you control your music through the actual system while running the wire into the glove box). My dealership and even local shops are not giving me a concrete answer. Can someone please help me out?

The dealerships don't want to give you a firm answer because of the CYA (Cover Your A**) principle. I have uConnect with iPod working in my 07 Sahara without issue and I have the 6 disc unit with Sirius radio. Search through these forms, you will find the information you need.
