Same noise I have. Go the door trim thing and it should go away. I did mine but have not remounted yet.

Mine whistled with high pitch sound the door trim did the trick. My bar leaked badly took it apart replaced glass with smoked lexan and resealed everything so far no leaks.

I wish mine only made the whistling sound. Mine made so much noise with the soft top that I couldn't take it and took it off. Too bad to cuz I loved the look.

You post some more pics? Just curious but why would you smoke a flood light? Looks cool but seems like it defeats the purpose of the light
