Default No power to Steering Column components? NEED HELP

Wasn't sure how to word the title but....everything on the steering column (with the exception of the horn) isn't working. Wipers, washer fluid, turn signals, fog lights, high beams and the headlights will turn on when I start it up but they won't shut off .
Any ideas? Fuse or relay somewheres??
It's an 07 Unlimited Sahara.

Thanks in advance.

2 words: Clock Spring. Search it, some have replaced it themselves. I have done one in an F150, but never on the Jeep. My mom's went out, dealer did it for $350. Good luck.

I somewhat figured it out... I swapped the K1 and the K2 relays. Everything seems to be fine now but I will buy a couple of spares because just swapping won't be a permanent fix.
Thanks for the reply.
