Default No Start No power to obd2

Sixteen days ago I went out to crank jeep and nothing! I have dash lights but when turning the key all the way, no start. Dash lights all come on but nothing after that. I also noticed when I plugged in my Flashcal F5 it would not power up. So I am thinking no power on obd2 port. I have installed, new battery, new starter. All fuses are goo, as well as all relays. I am not getting power to the secondary smaller starter wire. If I jump the starter it spins the starter motor but does not throw the bendix. I have also replaced cam sensor, and Map sensor. This is driving me insane? Help!

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have been battling the same issue for the better part off and on for the last year. And advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have had issues like this and come to find out the large connector on the drivers side is the issue. the shop but a couple of zip ties and then it would start now. I think its also the issue to my oxygens sensors as well.
