Default Offroad lights stopped working. Please help!

I have two KC HiLites and two Hella 500FF lights hooked up on one switch, they worked fine for a few minutes, then shut off. I can't figure out how to get them to work again. Anyone know whats wrong? Thanks!

The general rule is two lights to a harness. Bad ground is one of the primary causes though.
