Overpriced Mygig
I took the stock radio with mine knowing that I would be upgrading to a Pioneer . DVD, Nav, Ipod control, voice recognition, touch screen, bluetooth, and so much more for about $1,100 Canadian. The Stealer wanted $2,200 for the mygig. Looks way better than the mygig if you ask me. From other threads I've heard lots of problems with updates on mygig also. save you $$$ and go aftermarket with a good alarm for the same price as mygig.

You mean you can get a good aftermarket system comparable to the mygig for about $300, non navigation? Point me in that direction!!!
I bought a Kenwood DNX 5120 off ebay for about $500 less than what my dad paid. He paid roughly $1000 for his and I found one for $500. Now i dont know if mine was stolen, fell off a truck, or if someone just wanted to get rid of it but I have had no problems with mine. Have had it for 6 months now. It has a garmin NAV unit, ipod capability, sirius capability, and bluetooth capability. The NAV function is included, but the ipod hook up, and bluetooth hooks up were extra. And I've recently seen Kenwood 8100 series head units for what I paid for mine six months ago. So looking back on it I coundlnt be happier that I went with it opposed to buying a Mygig. But thats my just 2 cents.
Forgot to mention I do think my unit was a refurbished one, but I've had no problems with it.
