Default Please Help!!!

I installed my KC hilites about a year ago and everything was great, worked perfectly. And just recently the lights will not turn on. I checked all of my connections and everything is still there. I am really confused because the green LED light on the switch will light up and the actual lights will not. I did get my battery changed recently could this be the problem?? Could it be my ground wire? But then how am I still getting power? I checked the bulbs within the light and everything was clean and not blown. I am looking for any advice! If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!!

Yours truly,
Frustrated Jeep Owner

You didn't happen to swap the +- wires when you changed the battery? led lights will only work one way.

Have you checked to see if there's power at the lights' connectors?

How do you power them?

[QUOTE=Sahara_Maverick;4277078] I did the to see if the connectors were getting power and the meter said no power. I have the lights connected to my battery. So if I am not getting power to connectors what would be the next step? A new wiring kit?

I kept the two connections to the battery on the positive so I can power the lights when the car is off. I didn't swap anything when I changed the battery. So what would be the next step? Thank you for you reply I just want these darn things to work again!!

Some wiring kits have fuses. Did you check them?

Another "smoking gun" could be the wiring kit cable have been damaged when your battery was changed. In that case you either splice it or need a new one.
