When asked if he disconnected the new wiring, the OP said he disconnected at the switch. That means the wiring from the power source to the switch is still connected to the power source.

OP: is that correct?

Also slowly charge you battery witha charger, not the altinater its not a charger you can damage it by running your battery low and reliying on it to charge the battery its to maintain the the voltage that the JK is using . GOOD LUCK!

Where in the new wiring is the fuse located? At the battery?

I hope you don't mind all the questions.

You tried a new fuse, and the lights still didn't work. But, did you check to see if the original fuse, (and even the 2nd fuse), was blown or still good?

And, is the fuse close to the battery, so there is no possibility of a short somewhere between the battery and the fuse?

Questions are fine!! Anything to get my JK back up and running

The rock lights are working.. Both fuses in the rock lights set up are fine. The problem is that the Jeep wouldn't start after installing the rock lights and when I turned the rock lights on, my radio shut off and the interior lights would dim

Forgot to mention that sometime tonight I heard a clicking in my fuse box so I took the top off and the Relay K5 was clicking.. The fuse box says that is the PCM fuse.. Don't know if this means anything
