500,000 candlepower, and a pair of these mounted to a light bar over the windshield would be pretty useful.

The cops never said anything.
But where would mount the thing.

Enjoy
I just realized the editing which took place in my post.. The link is still there, you can Google this and get to this site as well..
How can we know when we CANNOT make a link to another site.. This, in my humble opinion, is "censorship" and if this is part of the MO of this forum then I don't belong here..
I like to help where questions are asked and will keep on doing so, I cannot know who is and who is not a "sponsor". Anyway, if I have to know this then this forum is NOT for me..

Tough love time:
Sponsors pay so WE dont have to. Net time costs money. The sponsors pay and we get to play...at a cost--- OK to mention non-sponsors-- not ok to link to 'em: its pretty standard on whatever forum you're on. So if you're serious about it not being for you....you'll be hard pressed to find a *decent* site that allows it, or YOU will pay for the site. They're paying for preferential treatment and if they're paying for something then they should get it.

I used to mod on another site and ran into the same agonies from members there....but simply put...maybe tooooo simple and definitely sharp: But it IS WOL's house....his rules: abide by 'em or go elsewhere.... Nobody likes hearing it: I didn't the first time I ran into it years ago but you've got a few choices in the matter--- Dont link, Pay at another site....or start your own site ((and see how costly it *can* be without paying members or sponsors)). Its sux.... but tiz the way that it is.

Actually, that is a ADM-3A, one of the first dumb terminals manufactured by Lear Siegler. It had a 12 inch screen displaying 12 or 24 lines of 80 characters and connected to a host computer by a serial, RS-232 connection or through a modem.

They were called dumb because the terminal itself did little more than receive characters from the host computer and displayed them on the tube. I don't recognize the mod on the left of the keypad. Some of the early computer terminals didn't have lower case and a popular mod was to add an enhanced chip with a full ASCII character set that could be activated with a switch. This is SO off topic -- apologies -- I couldn't resist.
