Default Pulling wires through a JK hardtop?

I have a Front Runner cheetah roof rack

http://www.frontrunneroutfitters.com/Roof-Racks-c35/

mounted to the roof of a 2010 JK Unlimited. My XM radio signal is spotty even after moving the antenna from the center rollbar to just above the right front window pillar.

I would like to mount an XM antenna and Ham radio antenna on this rack.

My question relates to how I would get the wires from the antennas to the battery and the radios. I am thinking about drilling a hole through the roof but need suggestions about how to do that and keep the hole in the hardtop water tight.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Suggest looking at the "thru hull" fittings that they make for boats? I would also suggest making your penitration on the back corner just above where the hardtop plugs in. Just a couple of thoughts?
